This project was a custom build for the owner of a 25’ wide x 150’ long lot on 1st Street. We were able to come up with a design that blended in with the traditional look and feel of the surrounding architecture and provided a 2 bd, 2 ba main house as well as a 1 bd ADU located above a 1-car garage. All on a 25’ wide lot.
